CCC is currently looking for a Business Analyst. This role applies a combination of standardized methodological and practical experience to enable business change and enterprise technology projects.

The Business Analyst partners with the Product Owner to understand business benefits and align product vision and strategy and to enable the process to support delivery of the vision.

The Business Analyst is responsible for working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze business processes and workflows, gather and validate business requirements into a backlog of epics, user stories, and wireframes, working as a member of the agile team to facilitate successful delivery of the backlog.

The Business Analyst also contributes to Business Quality Assurance at Copyright Clearance Center.

This position requires a blend of collaboration, business insight and planning skills.This point person takes abstract concepts and creates stories to allow development to create solutions.

Our ideal candidate understands software development cycles, has knowledge of SAFe, has experience in creating supporting artifacts and experience in management of a backlog of business requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with excellent organization, and communication skills, flexible, adaptable and resilient.

What you will be doing :

  • Eliciting, validating and documenting business requirements to support complex software development projects. Utilizing defined approach to document requirementsincluding epics, user stories and high-level wireframes.
  • Communicating requirements backlog to broader lean-agile team and serving as a bridge between the business and Engineering, ensuring business requirements are met and linked to identified Business Benefits Analysis.
  • Contributing to successful planning and implementations, including business process integration and the design and delivery of end-user training.
  • Supporting outward-facing engagements, assisting in preparing schedules, templates and processes to support successful elicitation events.
  • Presenting intellectual property as part of Solution Design in outward-facing contexts.

  • Producing and managing User Acceptance Test (UAT) Plans, ensuring the detailed, timely, and accurate reporting of issues and management of feedback.
  • Eliciting and analyzing existing business processes and workflows, working with business users to formulate and define future processes, proposing and documenting future-state / to-be business processes and workflows.
  • Reviewing and evaluating Quality Assurance test cases for completeness and accuracy. Assisting in the identification and prioritization of high-risk business scenarios.
