As a Customer Service Representative at Thales, you will develop a close and confident relationship with Customers from telecommunication and automotive industry to help them achieve smooth cooperation with Thales.

You will be in charge of active communication and relation with the Customers, taking total ownership of Customers’ Purchase Orders (PO) from their date of receipt to their delivery and invoicing.

You will co-ordinate the order treatment with appropriate Account Managers,

Technical Consultants, Sales Operations, Planning Department and Logistics.

You will also be responsible for Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence in terms of order treatment & follow-up from Customers’ points of view.

A week in the life of a Customer Service Representative :

  • You are the main interface with Customers, Account Managers, and Technical Consultants during a customer’s purchase order treatment.
  • You help with order forecast and delivery.

  • You are fully responsible for order management once the PO is in. You validate customers’ Purchase Orders, according to internal processes.
  • You update the ERP order entry with any change linked to Sales Orders to ensure backlog report accuracy.
  • You plan the Sales Orders shipment date with the Manufacturing site as per Customer’s requested delivery date.
  • You follow up the Sales Orders until their shipment and invoicing. You analyze any potential Customers’ complaints or issues.
  • You attend Customer's meetings - either on site or remotely. You ensure timely reporting to client.
  • Key Skills and Knowledge :

  • You have experience in sales administration and logistics (Letter of Credit, Payment Terms, Customs Rules ). Working in international environment is a plus.
  • You're fluent in Spanish, English and French.
  • You're familiar with ERP.
  • You're a team player, customer-oriented and a good communicator.
  • You have good organization skills.
