What You’ll Do :
Lead, manage and develop the QAD ERP Sales team in EMEA to generate new customer growth and cloud software subscription revenue from QAD prospects.
Formulate Challenger-based strategies and develop actionable territory and account plans to drive a qualified pipeline
Support team with complex deals and key internal and external stakeholders up to and including C-suite relationships. Navigate situational ambiguity by applying critical thinking to multifaceted customer engagements.
Manage opportunity forecasting and funnel management and participate in executive deal reviews.
Effectively organize various internal and external teams to work together to drive deals through complex sales cycles.
Thrive working in a fast pace and intense sales environment.
Responsible for the regular & effective update of the global sales within the CRM tool. Ensure compliance of applicable rules & procedures.
Implement and follow up on the overall actions required for the achievement of the Sales objectives in accordance to the sales policy and the sales budget.
Work in close relationships with the various company departments and share the information collected on the field regarding the market & the competition.
What You’ll Need :
Bachelors or Master Degree in Business, Marketing or other related degree. (Preferred)
10+ years Sales, Marketing & PreSales experience in enterprise SAAS software sales.
A successful track record of developing and managing a sales team that handles a complex sales cycles.
A Challenger mindset - Teach, Tailor, and Take Control.
Demonstrable record of enterprise software sales success ideally into the manufacturing industry sector. (ERP Software sales experience preferred)
Previous management or leadership experience is highly desirable although candidates with a strong appetite for career progression in this direction will also be considered.
A high-energy, process driven individual hungry for growth and team success.
Deep understanding of complex sales and net new customer acquisition processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clear, persuasive proposals, emails and presentations.
Comfort working in a collaboratively competitive environment and driving continuous improvement in the team and wider sales function.
Have the breadth and versatility to function both at the strategic and tactical level
