One of our clients, a young, dynamic, and professional start-up in the financial sector is looking for a Sales Manager who will drive and lead the scale-up of the company, managing a team of young and talented Account Executives.
Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of Account Executives (7-10) by leading closing activities by example
Supporting the account executives daily activities, identify their strengths and areas of development and apply relevant training and coaching
Contributing significantly to scale and expand the company by driving the sales strategy, adding value and providing ideas and insights
Building and communicating reports, and observations that become action plans

Core skills / Experience
Native level of Spanish and a fluent level of English
2+ years of experience in building and managing a high performing sales team in a high growth environment
Experience in the fintech / finance sector is highly beneficial
Great communication skills, strong listener and fast learner
