Responsible for performing administrative, financial and accounting tasks
Support the department’s effectiveness by ensuring there is a highly effective level of administrative support to the team.
Serve as the go-to-person for administrative inquiries, requiring a knowledge of departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
Support various areas of the company on Finance & Accounting inquiries, such as, daily bookkeeping, financial accounting, and bank reconciliation.
Perform daily operational tasks concerning payments (Accounts payable and Accounts receivable).
Procuring digital organisation of financial related documents.
Support senior members of the team with the weekly reporting of paid / unpaid customer invoices.
Oversee office inventory, including ordering and requisitions, stocking and shipment receiving
Reconcile and adjust client and vendor accounts.
Work closely with the Finance & Administration Manager to provide reporting and information for country budget planning for related costs.
Assist in monthly, quarterly & annual reporting and closing.
Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
Translation and preparation of documents as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree or advanced student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience providing varied administrative support.
English Language skills is a must.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
