How to contribute to our vision
1. Contributes to the technical and economical success of projects according to the project specific target agreement.
2. Manages harmonization of ON planning projects in terms of timeline, effort, quality, clarification of roles and responsibilities and process interfaces
3. Manages customer expectations and translate those in the CIPO as essential foundation for an internal project
4. Strategies for the project and beyond :
considers strategic targets for own project in line with responsible
Identifies / creates additional opportunities out of the ongoing projects
5. Project team management :
Holds and seeks actively feedback (e.g. team members, managers, customer)
Demonstrates leadership intercultural
Cooperates closely with line managers and experts
Manages project team with different cultural background.
Communicates cross-organizational with internal contacts.
Has the soft skills for proper conflict management
6. Drive selected COO planning topics and initiatives to ensure process compliance, KPI
implementation, support of corporate and regional functions in resolving issues by process
improvement.
7. Regularly performs Project Status Meeting (SteCo-s if mandatory) and lessons learned including the feed of the results into own project and the organization
