Purpose of the position

Assignments : Ensure the development of the portfolio of strategic clients of the company for the company's product lines, in accordance with the European commercial strategy - Manager K.A. Managers

Objective : Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives in the context of a reliable partnership over time with key accounts

Commercial :

  • Monitor key accounts and strategic accounts
  • Present them the strategy of the company through the media available to them and the collections - Make sure to optimize SEO and orders
  • Be responsible for achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives set
  • Track orders and deliveries
  • Liaise with product managers and the sales department assistant in order to convey the needs of customers in terms of products, specificities and collections
  • Set up and follow all promotional actions with distribution in accordance with commercial conditions
  • Ensure the holding of the exhibition stands at trade shows or the different days of purchases, according to the instructions of the company
  • Attend as much as possible to any sport or communication event for which the company is a partner
  • Help establish purchase forecasts
  • Strictly observe the commercial policy as a whole, the rates and conditions of sale established by the company and grant no discount, reduction, ease or deadline for payment without prior written authorization from management, if they do not fit within the framework of the prerogatives granted,
  • Implement all the means at its disposal to obtain customers of the company for which it is responsible, the full execution of their commitments, including payment
  • Management and organization :

  • Supervise the organization of the work of his team
  • Set goals, track and optimize them
  • Communicating Trade Policy Information - Gathering Information from the Field
  • Motivate and support the team in the field - Develop the brand culture within your team
  • Ensure training and evolution of team members
  • Management :

  • Follow the achievement of objectives for the management of key accounts and each key account manager
  • Develop the budget of his service and follow it
  • Analyze results and take corrective action
  • Ensure regular points with the financial management (objectives, achieved / budget, ...)
  • Respect and enforce the selective distribution policy
  • Regularly prepare a detailed report of its activity (and that of its team) by providing all useful information on the state of the markets, the needs of the customers, the actions of the competition, the prices practiced, the new articles of the competition, as well as anything that could be useful to improve Asics' competitive position.

  • Requirements

  • Higher education degree in Sales or Marketing
  • Fluent in English
  • 5 years’ experience minimum in the Sales sector
  • Very good knowledge of the Lifestyle sector and its products
  • Promote the brand and its values
  • Sales and Marketing relations Build long-lasting partnerships with clients
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Establish a plan of action to increase sales revenue and margin
  • Computer skills (mainly proficiency with Excel)
  • Communication skills good level of written and verbal communication
  • Leadership : capacity to motivate, inform, train and communicate to listen to maintain a relationship with the sales representatives
