Responsibilities and Duties :
Manage our Email marketing and Marketing Automation tool (Act-On).
Manage all assigned projects, keep all data organized and meet deadlines.
Create, develop and update calendars for promotion, content, postings
Work with our editorial staff to edit, publish, promote and create a community on different social media platforms to drive traffic to our websites.
Publish and promote articles and blogs on our websites.
Identify potential social media influencer partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
Identify relevant social media groups to post our content and drive traffic to our websites.
Generate frequent reports based on KPIs to reflect the evolution of the strategy designed.
Work with our creative team to provide materials for promotions.Knowledge & Skills :
Minimum of 3 years of experience on digital projects.
Understanding of marketing / communications and solution selling principles in a B2B environment of inbound marketing concepts and tactics.
Knowledge or experience with Email marketing and / or Marketing Automation tools
Experience managing social media environments in social ads (Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, and Slideshare).
Strong understanding of web and community user behavior and best practices to follow
Thorough knowledge of SEO techniques with closed-loop analytics and optimization
Experience in supporting and active participation and monitoring of online communities in B2B IT environments, with CMS, publishing the content on websites, and basic HTML.
Experience in running and evaluating online marketing campaigns, including SEO and SEM initiatives.
We value knowledge or experience on Webcasting platforms, in enterprise software subject area, user communities, and buying process;
Specific familiarity with Data Integration and Business Intelligence communities a big plus.
Must be efficient, versatile and task oriented. Need a flexible attitude with proven experience of working in small but distributed teams.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Hands on attitude and creative use of limited resources.
