The Allocations Team’s Sourcing Analyst is responsible for implementing the day to day strategy of the Sourcing team. Team members will develop solutions that can provide an immediate andSou actionable impact on Dynata’s sample needs.

Team members will manage our global ad-hoc partner eco system with the objective of reducing costs and finding full sample solutions to our customers evolving needs.

This role will also identify and build exciting new partnerships while optimize costs across our entire global ad-hoc partner network.

  • Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams. POSITION SUMMARY The Allocations Team’s Sourcing Analyst is responsible for implementing the day to day strategy of the Sourcing team.

  • Members of this team also need to be excellent at multi-tasking and can work with a diverse set of internal Panel team stakeholders as well as our;
  • Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identify New Opportunities (30%) Source and on-board new partners across all of our sample channels;
  • MMR, B2C, B2B and multi-mode. These partners may include non-traditional channels such as expert networks, SEO, email lists, etc.

    Execute the on-boarding process for new partners through a consistent and documented process that ensures all of our partners are of the highest quality and fully compliant with Legal and Security processes Work with the Creative Sourcing Manager to provide updates on partner sourcing progress, strategy and regular communications Document the results of every test in a clear consistent way in order to develop long term valuable insights Work with the Global Creative Sourcing Manager to explore and continuously test new industry leading sampling solutions Ensure the Creative Sourcing test budgets are not exceeded and each test achieves sufficient ROI or learnings Develop the appropriate internal processes to communicate, train and scale creative sample solutions Ensure test partners transition over to our standard Outside Partner Management capabilities and reporting Outside Partner Management (60%) Identify opportunities for cost reduction across our partner network and negotiate the best price.

    Work with the Allocations Team and other stakeholders to solve complex sample challenges that help Dynata win larger and more complex projects.

    Build key contact relationships within partners to act as an escalation contact for internal customers with partner performance issues Assist the Allocations Team Regional teams in developing and executing Allocation sample plans or project optimization where applicable.

    Manage partner KPI’s for ROI and cost reduction each year Ensure all of our partners have the appropriate contractual approvals in place and managed in a secure central location Manage monthly and quarterly feedback and reporting on partner performance, spend, VMT usage, rebates and on-going cost reduction strategies Work with the Panel Marketing team to identify and pitch integrated sample opportunities to our global network of partners where appropriate.

    Special Projects (10%) Creative Sourcing team members may also be asked to lead efforts to support unique customer projects that improve our cost of delivery or drive increased revenue.

    Experience Candidates for the Allocations Team’s sourcing Analyst role should have experience negotiating and building long-term partner relationships.

    Team members also need to have experience solving complex problems independently. The team member should have excellent communication and analytical skills.
