The Role

Develop and execute the commercial strategy across multiple channels to achieve growth targets for the customer base in the Region.

Profitable Growth . Execute the quotas, KPI’s, disciplines and internal sales review cadence for the quota carriers to ensure the International Organization achieves its overall revenue and EBITDA targets in line with its 1 + 3 plans.

Executive Customer Engagements Engage directly, where appropriate, with international clients and support commercial efforts, with C-level engagement and support in developing a Strategic Account Plan that is focused on addressing the Accounts business needs to accelerate the digital Solera strategy.

Working alongside internal and external executives to swiftly formulate targets and then execute.

Go-to-Market Work closely with Product Management and Product Marketing to ensure sales readiness to support the roll out of the global BMS product as per the GTM strategy.

Sales Readiness Support and share knowledge and best practices with Presales and Sales Management staff in the region and help shape local BMS Sales raining programs (online and in-person) by liaising with each sub-region training manager.

Executive Customer Engagements Engage directly, where appropriate, with potential BMS clients and support regional commercial efforts.

Ensures value based selling of the BMS product proposition.

Critical Success Criteria

Develop plan and implement effective international sales methods to meet all sales targets.

Develop a deep understanding of the Solera portfolio of businesses, technologies and customers.

Demonstrate high energy, results-oriented, self-starter with excellent time and project management skills.

Support in managing the full lifecycle of client engagement(s) to include business consulting, strategic planning, growth, direction, marketing, sales and delivery.

capable of building and harnessing deep relationship with clients, partners and other stakeholders across the industry to become an accretive strategic business advisor.

What You will Bring

Digital / Technology / software experience on varied multi-dimensional assignments

Must have demonstrated superb relationship management and customer management skills, agile at learning the client’s business issues and aligning solutions to them

Knowledge of finance, negotiation experience, contract management, project management

Extremely high learning agility, intellectually powerful, able to deal with highly complex situations and derive solutions.

Successfully demonstrates strategic thinking and can translate strategy into execution plans and business value added metrics
