    Can you help us connecting people to 100% green energy ?

    What are we looking for?

    The job purpose is manage all existing comments on the brand's social networks to give answers to customers / non-customers about the products offered by Holaluz and take care about all social media contents.

    Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service / Community manager
  • Answering customers and users’ questions on our digital touchpoints (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, Linkedin, YouTube, Holaluz blog and Trustpilot)
  • Give accurate answers to questions and comments from clients and non-clients on our social media profiles.
  • Join proactively in in conversations related to energy or related topics to make ourselves known / offer to solve doubts or problems.
  • Keep track of recurrent issues and questions.
  • Social Media listening
  • Follow up the latest news and trending topics in which HL can have an influential voice (renewable energies, self-consumption, distributed generation, etc.)
  • Participate in conversations.
  • Brandwatching Holaluz presence on the Internet (reputation, accusations, incidents, misunderstandings...) through a regular analysis of every mention or appearance.
  • Analytics Reporting
  • Measure CM metrics on social media.
  • Analyze KPIs to devise community management.
  • Relationship between others teams : Sharing customers and users’ voice to other teams. (CC, PMO, Solar, Legal, etc.).
  • And #SayThingsAsTheyAre is one of our values, we want to be clear and transparent in explaining what you will do during your first 6 months at Holaluz.

    In 1 month :

  • In a month you will meet us all and you will know the objectives that we have ahead. You will be up to date with the tools we use, the KPIs that we follow, the planning that we value and, probably, you will have already started to answer a tweet or publication on our networks.
  • In addition, surely you will have coincided with some HolaBeers or HolaTalks, all hand meetings where the entire company attends, some Teambuilding.

    And, of course, our weeklies! : )

    In 3 months :

  • Surely you have already made many decisions about how to add value to the team and you will be working side by side with your colleagues, in other words, you will have seen the LIGHT.
  • In 6 months :

  • You will have (almost) everything under control and you will have contributed to the maturity and growth of your team.
  • You will have added value beyond your team by sharing knowledge, and using all your experience to improve our positioning in Social Media.

    In addition, you will have had several meetings with your manager and the People team to find out how you feel in your first months with Holaluz.

    At Holaluz we have built a robust and constantly iterating organisational system, which allows us to adapt to the constant changes demanded by the sector and to achieve the purpose we pursue, using various methodologies, including SCRUM.

    At Holaluz, meetings and decisions are made collaboratively, feedback flows between the different teams and support between people is promoted.

    Who will you do it with?

    The marketing team includes people specialized in brand, customer experience, investment, content, lead management... In your daily, you will share battles with Laura, Adri, Marta, Marina and Rubén.

    Adri is a Swiss army knife who does everything, and everything well and also has something extraordinary : knowing everything about the electricity sector.

    This makes it indestructible. Not to mention the ultra-precious videos which he edits for networks. Laura has a natural talent for relating issues with series, books, TV programs, which make everything better understood.

    The blog is not named after him because he is ashamed. Marta is always looking for influencers in TikTok and answering customers' questions on social networks.

    Marina is our strategist, always with a big smile and trying to analyze thousand of metrics to make the bests copies ever.

    Rubén is passionate about real time marketing and engagement rate, if the data is good, you have it in your pocket. It is intense by nature (and that no longer drinks as much coffee as before).

    Where will you do it?

    Another way of #KeepRowing is rowing all together in perfect synchronisation and towards a common goal, and what a better place to do it than in our offices in Barcelona, just 200 metres from the sea .

    This exceptional location next to the beach is perfect for a break with a dip and to put into practice another of our #HaveFun values.

    But since March the number of "Holaluz offices" has multiplied by 500, everyone has their own little Holaluz, with their sea views (or not), their coffee or tea machine, their open space for lunch, their meeting rooms (now with a little more availability), and also their routines and organisation.

    We are committed to individuality and flexibility by putting people at the core of our decisions, that's why our offices are open for those who need or want to work in them.

    We are working on flexible seating in the office and providing individual lockers for everyone, as well as adapting all the meeting rooms so that we can make better video-conferencing and continue to work as comfortably as possible from home or from the office.

    Our people are the most valuable asset, so in the office we must comply with the following agreements :

  • It’s essential to wear a mask when moving around in the office. Not when we’re sitting in our workplace (respecting distances) but when we’re moving around (toilets, going to the kitchen, showers or meeting rooms).
  • We now use the elbow bump to greet each other.
  • The cleaning team comes daily to the office but to reinforce this we have cleaning kits in all the meeting rooms and other spaces.
  • On a weekly basis, we have a health team available to carry out Covid tests on people who come to the office.
  • And of course : safety distance, temperature taking, hand washing, limited seating and restricted external visits.
  • Requirements

    Professional skills :

  • BS Communications, Marketing or Business.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience as a community manager in different brands and projects.
  • Familiarity with social networks.
  • Ability to work transversally with different areas and levels of knowledge.
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Social media management tools.
  • Fluent Catalan, Spanish and English.
  • Experience in energy sector will be valued.
  • Personal skills :

  • Motivation, enthusiasm and ability to work
  • Must have communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize. Methodical and organized person to manage several networks at the same time.
  • Capacity for analysis and proactivity.
  • Ability to resolve and anticipate potential problems. Commitment to the project.
  • Creativity and lateral thinking as an alternative.
  • Optimistic and constructive attitude. It is important that you be able to adapt to the pace of a young company that is growing by leaps and bounds.
