The Unified Communications team is a sub pillar team of Digital Workplace. The Unified Communication’s team is responsible for implementing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the internal D&B collaboration environment.
The team manages voice, call centers, printing, SharePoint, Teams and other O365 products.
The UC engineer will spend most of their time working with collaboration related tasks, projects and incidents. The responsibilities will not only be on a local level but on a group level.
The UC engineer needs to have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
You may be expected to travel as the team supports the entire D&B Europe environment, but it is not mandatory. This is something that you can discuss and decide together with the team manager.
