What do we expect from you?
The successful candidate will work within E&P Team based in the Cepsa Madrid offices.
He / she will be able to demonstrate HSE leadership, be responsible for working across E&P to develop and embed a strong HSE culture, enhancing and maintaining the HSEQ systems, processes, standards best practices and capabilities for implementation across E&P as well as understanding and integrating corporate and division HSEQ strategies to align E&P focus.
Key responsibilities :
Work across all Divisions to ensure HSE systems and processes are understood and implemented Health of QHSE discipline aligned to strategic intent.
Regulatory compliance. Contribute and develop Audit plan compliance / monitoring. Setting, tracking and reporting of leading and lagging QHSE KPIs.
Incident and near-miss investigation and reporting incident corrective actions. Emergency Response planning and procedures & training.
Occupational health planning, procedures and monitoring as well as environmental planning, procedures and monitoring (Sustainability).
QHSE Risk Management standards. Management of QHSE team including appropriate resourcing and delivery of required QHSE support so that teams can own their QHSE performance and accountabilities.
Ensure strong relationships developed and maintained with local HSE regulators. Staying abreast of potential changes to the latest regulations in all producing regions.
Identification & provision of QHSE training to support ongoing business activities and capability gap closure.
