software and operation systems, this can include soft skill, tool and process trainingDeliver Introductory, advanced and follow up trainingContribute actively to enhance training and identify weaknessesSetup practical hands-
on exercise sessionsEnhance and consolidate existing training in cooperation and according to The Clients standardsEnsure proper training level and success for platformOrganize and coordinate training setup and readiness Knowledge Management 30% Maintenance, creation and review of knowledge base and procedures according to process Review and update support documents and procedures in light of experience and information received.
Support escalation managementCreate testing questions on a regular basis. Requirements : Knowledge & Key Skills required Experience Experience in working in a fast-
