About the role

Sleeves up! We are on the hunt for the finest Platform Success Manager to accelerate & elevate our presence in Spain, building & managing relationships with our existing clients, in collaboration with Client lead & Product lead on each client.

You will be responsible & accountable for client training, support and management and the media set-up and operation for each client.

Within this role you will be guided and supported by client & product lead - in addition to connectivity will all Cartelux team members and functions.

Plus collaborating with our external partners, especially Google.

Key responsibilities

  • Client Management & Satisfaction in collaboration with Client & Product Lead
  • Provide first line support to clients with requests and platform support
  • Lead Client onboarding & training. Assist in development of training materials
  • Set up, activate & monitor all media campaign operation i.e Google Ads
  • Communicate with clients / partner, understanding needs & anticipate solutions
  • Enhance processes & strategies to ensure projects are delivered accurately
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure the quality of the deliveries
  • Support product, sales & technical team with new ideas and processes
  • Skills & Experiences to be successful in the role

  • Desire to succeed and continually improve self & business
  • Customer centric, 1st class customer service focused on developing relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and supreme attention to detail
  • 5+ years of Agency / Platform experience in digital media operation
  • Savvy across advertising, with sharp focus on digital
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with clients & partners
  • Ability to work in a team and to collaborate with other members around project
  • Fluent written and verbal in English and Spanish
