The FREE NOW Group is the multi service mobility joint venture from Daimler and BMW. It consists of the services FREE NOW (10 European markets) and Βeat (5 Latin American markets and 1 European market).
Summed up, those services currently attract 41 million users in 17 markets and more than 150 cities. This makes the FREE NOW Group the biggest ride hailing provider in Europe and the fastest-growing in Latin America.

We run a marketplace and we work in cross-functional teams that are organized into 4 domains : Rider, Supply, Marketplace and Growth Platform.
Our newly created Growth Platform domain focuses on driving revenue growth by improving our user funnels and experiences while keeping marketing efficiency at the core.
Within the Growth Platform, our Incentives Squad is responsible for our end-to-end incentive-based loyalty strategy. As a Product Manager in our Incentives Squad, you will be leading and owning products and services that drive short and long term engagement of users with a special focus on sustainable growth.
As a Product Manager you will :
Create app experiences to motivate drivers to achieve incentives, and creating new incentive types to achieve certain business goals (think about number of completed tours, tour acceptance rate, driver ratings, etc)
Develop product strategy, manage the roadmap and lead its execution to drive sustainable user engagement.
Be responsible for building experience and infrastructure to enable new ways for users to engage with Free Now Incentives.
Provide leadership in defining MVPs that allow us to test our hypothesis while delivering a delightful customer experience.
You will report to the Senior Product Lead for global Incentives in the conceptualization and implementation of the product strategy and vision in close collaboration with your Data peers, and act as the interface and ambassador between product team and stakeholders.
You will be working closely with development teams and mediate between technical, UX / UI and business matters, being able to represent every stakeholder perspective.
Desired experience, behaviours & values :
You have 4-6 years of work experience working as a Product Manager, preferably in startup experience appreciated
Experience working in the Tech Industry and preferably mobile B2C marketplaces and mobility.
You’re known for your empathy. You think users first and strive to understand yours better than anyone else.
Impact driven with experimentation and simulation mindset , with experience in common pitfalls and avoiding being fooled by randomness.
You’re confident in defending your ideas and solutions to stakeholders because data is in the core of your decision making process.
You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty when things go wrong, you’re a hustler;
You’re multifaceted : you can sell your ideas to engineers and executives, you can break down complex concepts into easy tasks and you know how to bring the best of every element of your squad.
