We are looking for a Senior Information Security Specialist that will help contribute to TravelPerk’s information security and data protection efforts.
Protecting our business and our client data is extremely important to us and we are looking to expand our security team.
Your role will involve taking the lead on an exciting range of security projects using a broad range of skills to help our growing security team deliver security controls across the business.

As Senior Information Security Specialist this position involves : Perform risk management internally and with our range of third party suppliers.
Drive key projects to implement new controls following a risk-based approach.Be a leader for incident management and co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the growth and maintenance of TravelPerk’s Information Security Management System (ISMS).Provide technical leadership and mentoring for other team members.
Be a recognised security champion within the company and lead awareness efforts, including delivering custom training.Assist with client enquiries relating to information security and data protection measures.
Any other security-related duties as required.Required skills and experience : 5+ years of experience within information security.
A degree in information security or a related area is beneficial but not essential.Has a can-do attitude and is a true team player.
A demonstrable passion for information security and a desire to take on new challenges.Excellent communication skills in English written and spoken, including the ability to present awareness training to other employees.
Relevant qualifications / certifications such as CISSP or CISM beneficial but not essential.Experience in dealing with any of the following will be highly advantageous : Working in a fast growth companyWorking in a SaaS company that develops software in-houseMultiple office locations around the worldKnowledge / understanding of : Best practices for security and demonstrable experienceFrameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, 27002, 27005, 31000Securing cloud-based assets (SaaS) using a ZeroTrust security modelSecure development practicesData protection legislation such as EU GDPRWhat do we offer?
