Working within the IAEN Business, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the account strategy for Key customers specifically for Oil, Gas, Chemicals, Power Generation and Water with special focus on new systems and greenfield projects in Spain and export business.
Reporting to the Line Manager, you will coordinate sales activities, while maintaining a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Participating in the development of Sales strategies by being a spokesperson for the customer, providing solutions for their current and long-term business plans.
Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
Defining sales targets for the account and ensuring achievement with a structured follow-up process across IAEN in Spain.
Providing customers with products / solutions / services in line with volume, mix and profitability targets.
Creating added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach.
Monitoring competitor activity and ensuring appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.
Driving the application of standardized Marketing and Sales processes and tools.

A Engineering Degree in Automation and / or Electrification.
More than 5 years of experience in Sales, working as Key Account Manager with Industrial Automation systems and solutions.
Sound knowledge of ICSS of main automation manufacturers and related solutions and the continuous automation process market.
Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy.
Current degree tittle or certification valid in Spain and works permit valid for working in Spain.
Knowledge and experience of MS Office tools : Word, Excel and Powerpoint and CRM Salesforce.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
