Job Summary

Manages C2C strategic business operating systems and applications with a focus on implementation, continuous process improvement, system enhancements and integrations across the Clinical Services ERP Landscape.

Partner with business leaders and collaborate cross-functionally with all Clinical Services Business leaders, IT, corporate finance, legal and tax organizations to strategically leverage SAP and other systems, processes, best practices, and resources to help meet Clinical Services ERP implementation on time, on budget and with no business interruptions that would impact productivity and service objectives.

Travel Requirements : Up to 100% during Go Live, 25% on a regular basis

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Strategically partner with Clinical Services leadership and process owners to review, analyze, evaluate, and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
  • Leverage SAP and other solution knowledge, to identify productivity, performance and service improvement opportunities.
  • Charter and lead cross-functional project teams by collaborating across all Clinical Services Business leaders, IT, corporate finance, legal and tax organizations.
  • Implement basic functionality, improvements and enhancements, track results, and communicate updates and impacts to users, business owners, and senior leadership.
  • Implement comprehensive service failure tracking, reporting, follow-up, and root cause analysis.
  • Leverage global best practices in SAP, and other processes
  • Drive SAP and other system / application implementation, enhancements, productivity, reporting and recommendations for best practice realization.
  • Maximize effectiveness of internal SAP super-user community.
  • Provide strategic and tactical consulting and expertise through effective communication.
  • SAP and Salesforce implementations : Requirement identification, coordination with IT for necessary system changes, testing, training, process change documentation, cutover implementation plan creation and management.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and map future business processes, identify change management requirements and develop documentation as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business, management, or other related discipline;
  • or a combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • 3+ years combined experience in clinical services or similar service organization
  • SAP experience helpful
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

  • Ability to lead and develop project teams
  • Ability to direct projects and processes to ensure operational excellence and customer intimacy
  • High level of strategic planning, project management, conflict resolution, negotiation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple and conflicting tasks
  • Knowledge of clinical services systems, processes, and company resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally at all levels throughout the organization to improve processes and results
  • Must be proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority
  • ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS :

  • Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
  • Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.
  • A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.
  • Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs.
