Additionally, this role will foster the relationship and bring along other potential partners interested in growing with Glovo.

Be a part of a team where you will :

  • Define the vision and long-term strategy of monetization to Brands and CPGs in Glovo. Define team and processes for success in a 2-3 year timeframe
  • Be the ultimate owner of the revenues coming from monetizing assets and partnerships with Brands and CPGs
  • Work with the product team defining product needs, the definition of the features, prioritization, and KPIs of success
  • Establish sales, operations, and growth processes to maximize revenues and partnerships with Brands
  • Define targets and strategy for the local teams for each country
  • Define the required local structure in order to make the most (in terms of Growth, Revenue, and Profit) out of our partnerships and global development agreements
  • Lead the development and implementation of current global agreements with brands defining the plan and establishing ways of working with the countries
  • Maintain key relationships with C-level of Brands
  • Achieve new Global / Regional agreements to further drive our top categories generating additional revenues and profit
  • Lead 6+ people team directly, 30+ indirectly (dotted line)
  • You have :

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a senior role, involving team management, project management, and ownership of a budget and structure
  • Experience managing and inspiring people
  • 360 degrees profile : you feel comfortable discussing operations, sales, growth and product
  • Analytical mindset but with excellent execution skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking, including structuring complex problems and prioritizing effectively.
  • Passion in building things from scratch - a blank canvas - and scaling them up
  • Proactivity, organization skills and obsession with details
  • Experience in start-ups, technology, and a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ease with dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Nice-to-haves :

  • Experience in CPGs industry is a big plus
  • Understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels, as well as ease with tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
