Overall objective of the Role
The Role of the Global Transformation Testing Specialist is to have the implementation oversight of testing internal technology, process, and security projects on regional and global level.
The Global Transformation Testing Specialist leads the test plan on an operational level and works to continuously improve status quo.
The role provides recommendations and drives these forward based on data analysis, qualitative stakeholder engagement and overall business agenda.
Delivery Key responsibilities :
Work in collaboration with other business units to ensure overall success in the projects
Develop test plans and scripts. Oversees execution and defect resolution of test.
Stay on top of the latest and upcoming technologies and standards to translate these into true operational impact to drive these forward
Manage risks / issues and assess mitigation strategy with Transformation manager
Ensure quality testing as part of pilot
Define account and stakeholder scope based on business requirements
Obtain input and buy-in from key stakeholders and create logical planning
Own project governance and manage timelines
Clearly define roles and responsibilities
Drive lessons learned and always work to continuously improve
Lead the change on operational level
Ensure supporting documentation, training and presentations are in place
Bring clarity on the impact to the overall business strategy
Processes and analytics
Analyse existing business processes and client-country-regional or global level and map optimization options
Work directly with technical developers to handover requirements and lead testing activities where non-Alight standard’ automations such as client level CRs
Draw data-driven conclusions and validate with stakeholders to provide business recommendations
Carefully assess current and new processes to understand impact on all levels of the business

Ensure work can be carried out in a repeatable, scalable way
3+ years working experience in HR services delivery / operations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting any issues concisely and objectively.
Works well under pressure, able to prioritize others work
Ability to assess the priority and severity of issues using a risk management approach
Should be flexible in working in different time zones
Energetic and positive an innovative approach.
Good English skills written and verbal
Highly organised with the ability to oversee large and multiple projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good PC Literacy Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Role may involve local country and international travel and time away from home
