Work on day-to-day incidents, service requests and changes, at an engineering level (level 3 support);
Actively contribute to projects implementation and identifying improvements;
Write and / or improve technical documentation;
May be required to work on rare occasions during weekends.
Windows 2012 / 2016 / 2019 Server, ActiveDirectory, engineering level (5+ years experience);
VMWare VSphere + Hyper-V environment, engineering level (5+ years experience);
Storage (SAN / NAS / DAS) - Specific competencies on NetApp are considered a strong asset;
Veeam (or any other VM based backup);
Good analytical skills;
Good communicator and team-oriented;
Fluent in English.
Scripting (PowerShell, other);
SAML / ADFS;
Office 365, Azure;
Citrix knowledge (as admin);
Loadbalancer (such as Netscaler, F5);
Knowledge on ISO27001 or CMMI.
