3y roadmap) + strategic key pillars Co-Lead Portfolio Management Meeting (within S&OP process) Bring inspiration to all department : consumer, market, product’s trendsREQUIEREMENTS : -Previous experience more of 5 years in a similar marketing position preferably in FMCG industry-Robust analytical skills-Organized and structured-Strong ability to influence and impact -Curious, open-minded, seeking for new trends -Clear understanding of the P&L -Knowledge of Nielsen, IRI, Kantar tools-Fluent in Spanish and English-Strategic Thinking-Used to deliver high quality results under pressure-Good ability to influence others and create synergies with other departments
