What you will do :
As Global Marketing Strategic Analyst, you will be responsible for the revenue target accomplishment of several countries :
Monitor main KPIs so when needed, set in place actions to drive business back in track Company’s main KPIs to drive local sales and marketing teams.
Deep dive at source (SEM, SEO, CRM ) and product (App, Mobile, Desktop) level.Big partners main KPIs to reinforce collaboration while liaising with central Marketing teams.
Constant calendar fine-tuning based on local events (holidays, sport events ) to anticipate revenue drops and create improvement plans for both short and long term.
Homogenize B2B2C processes in all the countries of the area to serve as a consultant on different tasks : Event target allocationFollow upInputs and guidelines
Coordinate with sales and marketing managers of the country for the main key activations and company priorities.
Share best practices and adapt them to different countries
Who you are :
Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
2 year experience in consultancy job
Strong ability to influence at top management levels, strong instruction and teaching skills
Data and results oriented. Analytical competence. Advance level of Excel.
Project management skills
Languages : advanced English (both written and spoken). Portuguese desirable.
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge with Salesforce CRM
Self-motivation and a proactive attitude
Problem solving skills
Humble and positive attitude and mind-set
