  • DescripciónThe Engineering Team Leader is responsible for building, enhancing and maintaining three important enablement services : Connectors platform, to facilitate the development, testing and hosting of any new connector between anyone of the services of Service Fabric and third-parties;
  • Admin Web Portals, to offer during integration phase and production phase a tool to do the troubleshooting they require to understand what is happening with the service being integrated and Data management pipelines, to improve current MI data approach.

    The Team Lead will assume ownership in the design, develop and delivery of high-quality products and / or systems and services that exceed customers’ or business partners’ expectations and will proactively share their own knowledge for specific technical solutions and business processes in their area of responsibility.

    The candidate will oversee a team of developers and testers.Responsabilidades principalesKey accountabilities and decision ownership : (8 or 10 max)

  • Work closely with the team, especially the business analyst, QAs and other software engineers to implement the user stories
  • Liaise with local country experts and product teams for additional detail
  • Keep up to date with relevant technology areas.
  • Push forward the technology advancement
  • Cooperate with development team community to assimilate new technologies and standards
  • Create and / or review user stories.
  • Oversee the work of the developers
  • Mentoring and coaching to junior members of the development team.
  • Successful develop, delivery maintain high quality software (requirements, design, code, documentation, etc.)
  • Drive the delivery process and ensure all tasks are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Skills, know-how and experience :

    Must have :

  • 5-10+ years of development experience
  • People management experience
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Complex problem-solving ability. Innovative and creative thinking.
  • Ability to interpret and / or gather user requirements and translate these into technical specifications and / or code
  • Proficient with several relevant programming languages, frameworks and databases. Mainly : .NET and NodeJS
  • Experience of deploying solutions in Amazon AWS using Lambda, CloudFormation, EC2 and DynamoDB would be an advantage.
  • Be willing to adapt to significant changes in either technology or environment
  • Experienced implementing Architecture Best Practices and Patterns like Microservices, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Domain-Driven Design,
  • Extensive experience with Agile Development, mainly SCRUM.
