Job DescriptionRole ObjectiveLead the development and implementation of the Integrated brand plan and local customer initiatives in line with the Brand Strategy to maximize brand performance.

AccountabilitiesBusiness Strategy and ManagementLead the cross functional brand team in the development and implementation of the brand strategy for current and future indicationsSuccessfully achieve brand objectives and milestones outlined within the Integrated brand PlanStrong understanding of the local Oncology market and closely monitors environmental changesAnalyses key-success factors and risks for the brand to identify actions to strengthen brand positioning to maximize brand performance.

Directing generation and analysis of data to seek out opportunities including life cycle management to support recommendations for strategic direction based on demand and market dynamics.

Achieve the above through effective liaising, networking and working relationships with the Cross functional team.Effective team and cross functional working internally and externally Build and lead a strong brand team and enable an environment that everybody is motivated, energetic to execute BP on time and according to market dynamics.

Financial ManagementLead and take ownership for key financial tasks for the brand.Effective budget control and resource management within predefined project budgets.

  • CommunicationCreate a strong, effective and constructive relationships with with all relevant internal and external key stakeholdersRisk Management and controlsEnsure all the activities and materials comply with Pharmaindustry Code of Practice and the internal policies and procedures / SOPs are followed, ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place;
  • Key Capabilities : 5 plus years experience in marketingStrong experience in hematology / oncology. Experience in the Takeda therapeutic areas will be a plusExperience with new product launches, especially in oncology and / or orphan disease marketsStrong communication and leadership capabilities to engage both external and internal customers.

    Able to build a collaborative cross functional team to accomplish the goals and enable an environment that everybody is motivated, energetic to execute BP on time and according to market dynamics.

    Action oriented Develops and implements dynamic strategies that are driven by tangible action plans. Acts decisively with a passion for excellence & resultsAnalytical skills.
