Directing generation and analysis of data to seek out opportunities including life cycle management to support recommendations for strategic direction based on demand and market dynamics.
Achieve the above through effective liaising, networking and working relationships with the Cross functional team.Effective team and cross functional working internally and externally Build and lead a strong brand team and enable an environment that everybody is motivated, energetic to execute BP on time and according to market dynamics.
Financial ManagementLead and take ownership for key financial tasks for the brand.Effective budget control and resource management within predefined project budgets.
Key Capabilities : 5 plus years experience in marketingStrong experience in hematology / oncology. Experience in the Takeda therapeutic areas will be a plusExperience with new product launches, especially in oncology and / or orphan disease marketsStrong communication and leadership capabilities to engage both external and internal customers.
Able to build a collaborative cross functional team to accomplish the goals and enable an environment that everybody is motivated, energetic to execute BP on time and according to market dynamics.
