    As Twilio Operations Admin, you're part of a dedicated team that takes care of ensuring the proper tools & processes are present at wefox.

    From day one you take responsibility for the core processes assigned to you and work together with your team to further develop them.

  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice tool room vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
  • Responsible for filling up requirements related to the Inbound & Outbound Customer Care tool (Twilio & Twilio Flex) from all relevant actors & departments.
  • Requirement definition & escalation to the Project Lead / Product Owner.
  • Responsible for the operational configuration & maintenance of the tool globally : flow creation, user management definition & management, bug reporting.
  • Liaison between business management & product owner in all Twilio related topics.
  • Continuous improvements of Twilio related processes together with Business and Tech (BAU)
  • KPI reporting creation based on business needs.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • You have a commercial education and / or a degree and bring industry experience.
  • Professional experience in software project roll-outs (Customer Service software desirable), from a business, maintenance & training point of view.
  • You have previously worked with Salesforce and / or Twilio.
  • You work in a structured, independent and results-oriented way.
  • High quality awareness and proactive approach in your daily work.
  • Fluent English, both verbally and in writing.
  • German and / or Spanish desirable.
  • Confident appearance and team spirit in an international environment.
