We are looking for a Process Expert with at least5 years of experience. The main responsibilities will be :

Lead and Support ING Process Framework and continuousImprovement methodology implementation.

This role will promote continuous improvement cultureacross the organization in order to ensure an efficient approach to processimprovement, from KPI definition to process analysis and post-

project benefittracking.

In order to lead continuous improvement in theorganization, the Process Engineer will facilitate continuous improvementevents and collaborate actively in process improvement projects.

This person in this role as an expert in processimprovement will work with bank wide functional management as a facilitator.

As a transversal role in the organization, the ProcessEngineer will train and coach people across organization in continuousimprovement methodologies (mainly Lean Six Sigma).

In addition, the Process Engineer will maintain,develop and support the process framework by defining the methodologicalapproach to process mapping and process monitoring.

Functions & Responsibilities

The Process Engineer perform the following activities :

Continuous improvement execution

  • Facilitate Kaizen events and other groupdynamics to systematically improve processes.
  • Coordinate projects related to continuousImprovement, assisting the project team.
  • Establish and follow-up reports to measure theimpact of these initiatives.
  • Continuous improvement coaching and training

  • Train the process community within ING Spain incontinuous improvement and process management methodologies (mainly Lean SixSigma) and its associated tools (e.
  • g. Value Stream Mapping or StatisticalProcess Control).

  • Help to define a dissemination plan aboutcontinuous improvement and process management in order to help the staff of INGBank Spain and Portugal to become aware of the benefits of these disciplinesthrough workshops and other interactive initiatives.
  • Process framework

  • Develop process dashboard using a StatisticalProcess Control approach to put under control variability across processes.
  • Set-up a process mapping framework basedon ING Group policies and implemented in ARIS that facilitate processsimulation.
  • Support process data mining.
  • Process capabilities development

  • Support the definition of the next step in theProcess Management governance and organizational structure.
  • Contribute to the development of new competencesregarding processes (e.g. Process Data Mining, Robotics Process Automation).
