Position Purpose :

  • Achieve Administrative processes related to Supply Chain Direct cost accounting (Direct cost in Logistics, Plant Operations and other Direct Costs), guaranteeing data accuracy.
  • Month end accounting processes.

  • Data and process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Key Accountabilities :

  • Pre-invoice & self-billing process for Logistics and Operations
  • Successful implementation Self-Billing process to new countries
  • Operations & Logistics query management & Scorecard
  • Logistics data in SAP / Blujay / later BluYonder analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Analysis related to Supply Chain cost accountability (Direct cost, investments and overheads)
  • Manual invoicing process for Direct costs
  • Standardize and improve processes
  • GRNI analysis
  • Qualifications :

  • University degree in Economy / Finance / Business Administration
  • Experience :

  • Experience in Finance teams.
  • Accountability experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge

  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel, Access
  • BW and SAP usage
  • Good organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
