Job Purpose & Key Deliverables :
British American Tobacco Iberia (Spain, Canary Islands, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar markets) is seeking for a talented and highly motivated supply chain expert to help us improve supply chain operations in a dynamic market.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to quickly adapt to changes of a challenging environment and will be working with an international team to map and improve supply chain strategies to best serve the stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities :
Daily Stock management between distribution center and logistics suppliers guaranteeing optimum supply and no out-of-stock.
Manage stock imports, considering sales forecast, current stocks and actual sales.
Ensure stock holdings are in line with stockholding policies and breaches are detected early on, resolved with relevant stakeholders and / or appropriate escalation triggered.
Analyze and propose changes in demand forecast through sales / production insights.
Guarantee monthly stock reconciliation between sales and invoices.
Work closely with trade marketing teams to guarantee alignment and full support to product launches and Trade marketing field force activities.
Be a supply chain business partner for marketing activities such as events / one to one / field visits, understanding the needs and aligning with different stakeholders.
Support production planning vs orders and lead times working in collaboration with global supply chain team to ensure right production level on time and full.
Ensure implementation of logistics efficiencies and traceability functionalities, created for BAT locations, at a local warehouse level.
Essential Requirements :
As the ideal candidate you are passionate about Logistics, FMCG commerce and cost saving strategies.
You have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations - Trade marketing role where you have proved your ability to learn quickly and that you are details and deadline oriented.
You possess excellent consulting, communication and engagement skills, coupled with the ability to transmit complex messages to senior stakeholders in an understandable way.
You have an analytical mindset, and skills with basic analysis tools.
Key skills needed in the role :
University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Master’s in Supply Chain or MBA.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Excellent command of Spanish (spoken and written).
Proficient knowledge of MS Office, specially Excel.
Previous experience with SAP.
Proactive taking initiatives.
Solution-oriented, ability to challenge status quo.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, at ease with figures.
Rigor and autonomy.
Ability to work with cross functional teams.
Experience from the FMCG industry is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
