Condé Nast seeks a Digital Designer to work within the Creative Group, supporting Pitchfork. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art direction, illustration, motion, and creative ideation.
This individual will also have organizational and time management skills, as well as a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment across all digital platforms.
This position will report to the Executive Design Director, GQ + Pitchfork and is based in New York City. Responsibilities may include : Work with the Executive Design Director to produce original illustration, collage, photo treatments, and motion graphics to accompany Pitchfork editorial across the site.
Develop templates and design systems for new and existing editorial franchises. Collaborate to produce art for tent pole editorial packages, such as annual best of lists.
Produce social cuts of editorial art as well as social-only still and motion assets. Assist in managing workflow for all creative projects.
Desired Skills & Qualifications : 3+ years relevant work experience in media or similar field. Highly organized, detail oriented, and excellent communication skills.
