The Associate Implementation Consultant will work as member of the EMEA Feeds and Research Delivery Squads to lead our implementation projects alongside a technical consultant and the rest of the squad, to ensure that complex solutions are implemented effectively, in a sustainable way.

The primary responsibilities in this role will be to present to prospects our capabilities from a technical and functional point of view during the definition and planning stage and perform detailed requirements analysis on client implementation projects, and then lead the implementation stage.

Job Responsibilities

Take responsibility for managing functional and technical requirements from initial scoping through to end solution delivery.

Be the EMEA subject matter experts (SME) for the assigned product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create the Statement of Work (SOW) to formalize client's business, functional and technical requirements in a client friendly document
  • Break down requirements into epics and user stories and work closely with all stakeholders to define acceptance criteria
  • Create prototypes for better present the solution will be implemented for the client and set the stages to collect requirements in a more effective way
  • Facilitate decision making with both internal and external stakeholders and assess trade-offs to define the optimal solution that fulfill client's need and ensure a sustainable offering
  • Work with development teams to understand the requirements and tasks required to deliver them
  • Own overall communication with internal and external stakeholders during the Implementation stage
  • Assist with quality assurance testing
  • Work with business stakeholders and product owners to manage the product backlog.
  • Communicate with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues
  • Work with the development and QA teams to explain prototypes and specifications
  • Set and continually manage requirements delivery expectations with team members and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain documentations to ensure a consistent and effective delivery for the client
  • Ensure and own client's sign-off on the delivered project
  • Responsible for smooth and timely hand-over to client service team
  • Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and French; Knowledge of another European languages is a plus
  • Interest in technology and project management
  • Excellent writing, communication, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to forge working relationships with various teams within the organization
  • Ability to work independently, priorities workload to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Understanding of supporting technology and business processes
  • Logical and structured approach to problem solving
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Prior experience as project manager or business analyst is a plus
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence is a plus
  • Experience with or exposure to Agile and software development is a plus
  • Business Analysis qualification (ISEB, Dip BCS) is a plus
  • Prior development experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the investment industry is a plus
