We offer you an unusual role focused on the support of the private banking business in Madrid, assisting relationship managers in providing the top quality service for our clients.
Your operations responsibility and support to the team of Private Bankers :
Execution and follow-up of client / RM orders (securities, funds etc.)
Opening of all accounts in the market Spain : preparation, management and update of all related documentation.
Management and control of first subscriptions documentation.
Management of banking services like banker s draft and transfers.
Archive and order of all electronic and paper files in relation with clients.
Opening of new securities within the platform.
Management of client ids for internet users.
Relation with finders and calculation of finder fees.
Coordination of all operations with the Back Office teams.
Preparation of all documentation related to client meetings : investment proposal, portfolios and product fact-sheets.
Management of all incidences that arise with clients in close collaboration with support functions.
Carry out some administrative duties including : expense processing, calendar maintenance, telephone coverage and communication with internal & external clients.
Do you have a degree in Business Administration / Finance?
MIFID compliance certification is desirable.
Do you possess strong Windows, Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word?
Are you passionate about learning the Business?
You have deep understanding of financial products, taxes and banking operations.
You contribute basic knowledge of Reuters and Bloomberg.
You have experience as Administrative Assistant in a Private Banking team
You are fluent in Spanish and English.
