ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM :

The Business Operations Manager is part of the International Strategy & Business Operations team and will be the principal business partner in the delivery of our key strategies across the International Growth department.

In addition the role will steer our business cadence; including, but not limited to quarterly and monthly target setting and business reviews, cross-departmental business and incentives reporting, and roadmap creation and optimization.

The Business Operations Manager will also support our International innovation program which captures, configures, quantifies, delivers, and controls a portfolio of strategic & tactical projects across the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Developing and supporting operating & staffing models; headcount, budget, incentives, workforce planning and capacity management

Cross-functional planning and review cycles including, but not limited to

Support of annual strategic planning

Support of Quarterly target setting

Ownership of Incentive management framework and process; commercial KPIs

Supporting the development & analysis of Quarterly & Monthly Business Reviews

Ownership of key priority & transformation program updates

Consulting on organizational design & structures, team efficiency and productivity

Go-to-Market strategy & planning of assigned initiatives

Stakeholder engagement, management and reporting of assigned initiatives

Co-lead specific initiatives with group of specialists across Strategy & Business Operations and Local Operations such as Change Management, Business Insights, Corporate Strategy, Data & Analytics, Product Management & Product Marketing,

Process diagnostics & innovation; design, mining, value-stream analysis, journey mapping, root cause analysis, proposing solutions of scale.

Portfolio management of innovation & transformational programs & projects

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE :

Must Haves :

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial / Strategy and Business Operations Management

Have worked on the development and management of commercial KPIs

Views business transformation as a problem solver across all business functions and units

Role models key process improvement methodologies including, but not limited to (Agile, Six Sigma, Design Thinking)

Proficient in quantitative and qualitative analysis; mastery of data-informed & fact-based work.

Change Management experience & mind-set

Fluent in English, professional proficiency

Bias for action and collaboration; breaking complex problems into actionable, prioritized and easy to understand solutions.

Inherently inquisitive - doesn’t accept things as they are. Applies Design Thinking principles to consider what could be.

Thrives on ambiguity - ability to demystify complex workstreams and organizational inertia.

Bonuses :
