Country : Spain Location : Madrid Function : Marketing & Sales Level : Non-management Appointment Type : Permanent BAT is currently looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant to join the IBERIA Marketing team based in our offices in Madrid.
As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you will drive and implement BAT brand’s strategy within the IBERIA markets through Activation tools to achieve best in class execution.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES : Drive new product initiatives to be launched on the market. Track the brands’ performance through key KPI’s to target market opportunities and fulfil volume and market share targets.
Deliver successful activation of the brands through the different campaigns and touchpoints : 121 Hostesses, Point of Sale Material, Digital platforms and BTL initiatives.
Ensure fluency in the creative development process and brand activation through constant communication with the different agencies.
Support 121 Hostess program; plan, implement and follow up ensuring roll out of the activities with best in class execution to maximize results.
Analyze and cross information with market and brand performance to get new insight for new initiatives and recommendations.
Plan and execute BTL consumer events in line with brand’s cycle. Manage permanent and non-permanent materials (alignment with brand / trade, implementation, follow up, tracking) Handle communication between Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing and Field Force to ensure excellence in execution.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; Good negotiation and influencing skills; Ability to work under pressure.
