Position title : Sales Manager (Pharma) Baby Products
Location : Barcelona, Spain (hybrid working)
Reports to : Regional Sales Director
Contract type : Permanent, full-time
As Sales Manager (Pharma) you will collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director to support execution of the established plan in particular, but not exclusively, in the pharmacies and Parapharmacies channels for our Baby Care brand.
You will follow-up and control the sales to the pharmacies, Parapharmacies and wholesalers and provide high expertise and reactivity to ensure constant growth for the brand.
You will collaborate with two local Key Account Managers and also with 15 external sales representatives to implement brand commercial and marketing strategy.
Leads and executes detailed Sales Plan for Spain including Pharmacies, Parapharmacies and wholesalers. Baby Shops and online business as a side responsibility / support to the current local team.
Tracks sell-in to the trade and identify risks and opportunities
Tracks Gross Margin evolution to ensure company Gross Margin objectives.
Proposes and manages initiatives related to product portfolio to be aligned with the company Gross Margin objectives.
Support internal and external KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) : Sell-in, Gross Margin, Market shares, etc.
Monitors sales performances per SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), gathers salesforce information on new listings or special actions to support a proper demand planning management.
Supports consumer promotions deployments
Define Sales strategy for pharma channels and train external sales for implementation
Continuous follow-up with external sales force
Pharmacies And Wholesalers
Define and support Key Account Managers for implementation
Continuous follow-up of accounts and in portfolio details
Work closely with Marketing team to define the launch strategy for each key launch
Tracks distribution and rotation performance of each key launches and identify opportunities of growth / improvement
Tracks brand metrics to ensure activation aligns to objectives / metrics
Support market prospections and competition benchmark analysis on new business opportunities that may arise
Support Channel team to define P&Ls for New Product Development and their business potential to establish a successful Marketing Mix and / or support the Go / No-Go decision
5+ years of sales experience in Pharmacy channel
Experience in Outsourced Sales or Pharma companies
Good command of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Fluent in Spanish and English
Business-oriented, able to work autonomously
Good organizational skills
Openminded, with good communication skills and high ability to adapt
Good balance between creative and analytical skills.
