Your role :

  • Iterate on the value proposition for FREE NOW and articulate use cases and value in all customer-facing messaging
  • Drive awareness and understanding of FREE NOW through multi-channel campaigns (driving targeting, positioning, messaging, creative, and launch)
  • Working on new product development, positioning, customer segmentation, and creating optimizing go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with our talented product management team to translate market trends and customer needs into product requirements and product roadmap priorities
  • Develop and execute got-to-market plans for new product initiatives, working closely with our B2B content marketing teams, PMs & top management, engineering, growth, content, CRM, local teams, PR, design and define our overall positioning framework
  • Develop and conduct user, market, and competitive research to better understand and evangelize market trends and apply key learnings to new initiatives in strong collaboration with the internal research team
  • Own and put together our internal battlecards for the sales teams
  • Translate product features and functions into crisp, powerful benefits that resonate with customers and prospects.
  • Communicate and coordinate information between several stakeholders of product, marketing and operations
  • Increase customer retention & impact upsell opportunities by working on Customer journey improvement & monetisation opportunities.
  • Your profile :

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product marketing or a comparable function
  • PMM experience within a B2B tech environment is a MUST
  • Obsessed with knowing the customer : experience with applying consumer insights to help optimize product experience
  • Knowledge about how to set up campaigns coordinating it from creative brief and campaign planning through to tracking and analysis
  • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English : Written, verbal, and visual
  • Experience interpreting competitive analysis, customer segmentation and other data sets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally effectively with product managers, UI / UX, operations, sales, marketing, legal and other teams across the company
  • Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch : be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
  • Experience with tools is a plus e.g. phrase, jira, braze, tableau, typo3
  • legal entities : France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Italy, England, Ireland, Poland, Romania & Greece
