Job Description Summary
Partners with HR and leaders in both Spain and Pharma International organisation through a wide mandate (coaches teams, executives, scrum masters), helping to ensure our medicines reach patients faster by enabling and embedding agile performance and practice methodologies across Spain and Pharma International.
The scope of large-scale change projects could be across the global organisation, or within a division, affiliate, or function.
Roche Farma Spain is part of the Pharma International network, Roche's global business network (excluding US) and is comprised of over 15'000 people whose vision is to bring medicines to patients in the fastest possible way.
The Pharma International Network is structured into two communities - the International 8 Markets (Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom) and the International 7 Areas (Africa, Asia-
Pacific, CEETRIS (Central Eastern Europe, Turkey, Russia and Indian Sub-Continent), Europe North, Europe South, Latin America and the Middle East).

In a newly created role, the Agile Coach will work with both Spain and Pharma International organisation through a wide mandate (coaches teams, executives, scrum masters), helping to ensure our medicines reach patients faster by enabling and embedding agile performance and practice methodologies across Spain and Pharma International.
Enables, coaches and mentors individuals and teams in Agile methodologies (design thinking, scrum, hackathon, etc.)
Supports the transition to an agile culture and leadership
Enables the development and sustainability of communities of practices, fosters collaboration and network behaviorsProvides sprint planning supportHelps define if sprint is neededDefine sprint scope, resources, outcomes
Identify possible duplications with other sprints / communities
Facilitate agile principles onboarding and ongoing coaching of Sprint Lead
Develops and evolves toolkit of Agile methodologies for use across affiliates
Provides training for leader and team members
Facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, communications and mentoring
Coaching skills . A certification will be highly valuable.

Fluency in the Spanish language , oral and written
Experience as an agile coach in organizational transformations in international companies is a must
Experience in executive coaching
Practical application of agile ways of working, design thinking and / or LEAN methodology
Experience driving organization readiness and professional learning and development methodologies
Experience in project management and budget management
Experience working with senior leaders
