Our HR Shared Services Specialist is part of the HR Shared Services team, your role will be based in Valencia, Spain. You will be responsible for supporting the HR administration tasks locally and at EMEA level.
Responding to all incoming inquiries from employees, managers, HR team members, and former employees.

You’ll spend time on the following :
You will be responsible for a variety of HR administrative tasks including but not limited to benefits and compensation queries, talent acquisition processes, data maintenance and hires in our HRIS system (Workday) and ad-hoc projects
As part of the administration tasks, your main goal will be to support and facilitate the hire and onboarding of new employees in Valencia and Madrid.
This will include advising and collecting all data, necessary for the hire. Plus support on legal requirements locally (Social Security, NIE, etc.)
Data entry and complete the hiring process in Workday, plus creation and quality control of the contract of employment..
Triage inquiries pertaining to Human Resources in an accurate and timely manner utilising internal resources such as Zendesk, email, phone calls, chat, etc.
Provide solutions to employees but also education to the organisation on self-service options available to them
Maintain documentation of all incoming inquiries and keeps detailed notes on actions taken
Complete transactional HR processes using Workday HRIS system
Meet key metrics as identified by the Resource Centre Management. These may include timeliness, accuracy, quality, tone, error-rate, and / or others
Will be responsible for having a general understanding of policy and procedure and be able to help others navigate these
looking for continuous improvement opportunities via streamlining and automation
We’re excited about you if you have :
1+ years’ experience in HR administration in Spain (HR Shared Services environment a plus)
Strong computer skills including experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with HRIS systems a plus. Experience with Workday a strong plus
Experience with Google Docs a plus
Strong customer service acumen and positive attitude
Flexibility, able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
Be able to deliver a great service across different countries in EMEA and / or Globally
Fluency in Spanish and English is a must
Any other European language is a plus
