Reporting To : Call Answering Team Manager

The Role reactive inbound call handling

We are looking for Call Answering Agents who really enjoy engaging with customers. As a Call Answering Agent, your main task will be to act as a virtual receptionist for our Office and Virtual Office customers who use our call answering services.

This means you will be answering calls addressed to a range of different customers from law firms to recruitment agencies and everything in between.

You will strive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. Ultimately, the actions and service provided by the Call Answering Agent will be a catalyst for providing customers with the reasons to continue using our services.
