The Southern Europe and France Essential Health Project Manager will play a critical role behind driving Essential Health sustainability agenda, managing product lifecycle E2E efforts.
In addition, this role will spearhead other complex programs that directly support the business growth.
The Project Manager will report to the Essential Health Southern Europe and France Marketing Manager. This highly visible role requires a talented leader that can effectively influence at all levels of the organization and lead cross functional teams.
This person will also possess strong strategic planning capabilities with the ability to manage planning details and project intricacies.
Responsible for managing large complex programs & projects throughout the full project life cycle from planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure.
Manage PMO activities in support of the overall program which primarily include the program work plan and resource plans.
Create and manage project schedules, resource plans, budget (planned, actual and forecast), scope management plan and risk management plan.
Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
Drive project delivery to meet stakeholder objectives while maintaining project delivery quality.
Ensure that all deliverables are on track and executed per the plan.
Drive the cross workstream integration to ensure schedules are met.
Ability to manage projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Understands and supports the company’s goals and objectives, and makes certain that his / her actions and decisions are consistent with them.
Follow all control and compliance regulations.
Serves as subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives.
Provides various administrative services necessary to keep the project on track such as status reporting, resource planning, others
Temporary : 18 months.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics studies highly preferred.
PMO certification is a plus.
Experience using a project management tool such as Microsoft Project / Microsoft Teams and Excel is required.
Exemplary communication skills (written, presentation, meeting management, documentation).
Strong project delivery skills - accurate project planning, deliver to milestone dates, manages resources effectively, communicates status effectively, manages risks & issues, and can juggle multiple activities at once to accomplish goals.
Experience with data flows, data hub, data migration and data warehouse is a plus.
Experience with enterprise-wide implementations and having Finance experience is a plus.
Demonstrated experience delivering on projects of various sizes & duration. Highly adaptable to changing needs within the organization - adapts to rapidly changing priorities is required.
Ability to establish new processes and systems.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques is preferred.
Strong attention to detail in planning the intricacies of projects and in making sure project dependencies, conflicts, and issues are resolved in a manner maximizing the value delivered to the business.
Strong understanding of financial management principles as it relates to project management and delivery of a business case (budget vs.
earned progress, capital vs. expense, etc.) is required.
