ReviewPro provides actionable insights to increase guest satisfaction, rankings on review sites / OTAs and ultimately revenue.

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrable record of success in complex B2B technology SaaS sales, including finding, developing and closing enterprise deals.

An extensive contact network within the hospitality sector is a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Data programming
  • Collaborate with other sales resources and company management to sell ground-breaking products to hotel companies of all sizes.
  • Use your communication skills to engage in outbound calls targeting decision makers.
  • Use web presentation tools (Zoom and PowerPoint) to deliver compelling demonstrations to prospective customers and track your opportunities using CRM.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Own the sales cycle from initial opportunity to close, including self-generated opportunities.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Companies products, industry trends, and the overall competitive landscape.
  • Key Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree and / or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years B2B sales experience selling SaaS technology, including C-level and complex accounts
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Track record of exceeding quota (top 10-20% of the company)
  • Prior background working in a fast-paced, smaller organization. Ability to realize results with limited day-to-day guidance and support
  • Willing to travel up to 30%
  • Ideal Attributes :

  • Hotel and / or hospitality software industry experience
  • Experience selling web-based SaaS solutions to senior level executives
  • History managing and closing complex sales
  • Must have a customer-first attitude, always demonstrating a high level of professionalism and business acumen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced growing company environment
  • An ability to adapt to change quickly
  • An ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong computer skills, including, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
