As a Customer Service and Sales Manager, you will lead the customer service and sales of the company- s B2C. Personalized Medicine Department, reporting directly to the CEO.
You will be working closely with the Customer Service and Sales Specialist carrying out all tasks related to increasing and promoting the company- s technologies and services in different markets, focused primarily on physicians working in personalized and preventive medicine worldwide.
Customer administration : you will be providing customer service to all clients.
Completing all reports, paperwork and responding to all correspondence in a timely manner.
Addressing the needs of current and potential clients.
Preparing and executing the company- s sales plan and strategy.
Identifying potential clients, generating leads and organizing calls with the decision makers.
Following up with leads and clients interested in our services, providing them with information and ultimately converting them into clients.
Contributing to new market research and identifying new opportunities.
Analyzing sales performance and assessing the effectiveness of sales activities
