We may be looking for you. Partner GTM Leader The Partner GTM Leader develops and manages Duck Creek’s go-to-market partnerships to contribute to Duck Creek’s Pan European market expansion, revenue growth and assured customer experience.
The role will build and manage partner relationships consistent with and in support of the Duck Creek go-to-market strategy for the Pan European market.
Outcomes are tied to measurable impact to successful sales and implementation of the Duck Creek Suite of solutions. The Partner GTM Leader is responsible for leveraging partner contributions to revenue through the creation of new opportunities together with the Sales team as well as accelerating the speed of sales pursuits.
RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for leveraging partner contributions-to-revenue through the creation of new opportunities in partnership with the Sales team Recruitment, ramp up and on-going management of Regional System Integrators as well as Global SI’s in the country, together with Solution Partners, that will bring additional value to Duck Creek’s solutions Management of strategic partner pipeline of opportunities Partner with on-going Business Reviews & Governance Territory strategy planning (internal & with Partners) Interacts daily with Senior & Executive leadership, Sales Managers, Sales Directors, Product Managers, Product Engineering and OnDemand leadership, Marketing, Legal teams, and Alliance professionals both within Duck Creek and with our partners.
Performs other related duties and activities as required. REQUIREMENTS Education and Work Experience : 5 years of experience with business-to-business relationship development and management 5 years of experience in financial services technology, preferably insurance services and core software Minimum of 3 years of enterprise software partner business development and alliance management, or sales experience with demonstrated results As a GTM leader, should have experience supporting Pan European markets Sales and sales management experience Negotiation and contracting experience Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and / or Abilities : Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral) Strong organizational and analytical skills Demonstrated communication effectiveness is of high importance Must possess or develop solid knowledge of Duck Creek products, product messaging, partner capabilities and positioning, competitor positioning, and our near & long-term product strategies.
Desired : Additional language capabilities Knowledge of insurance principals and operations with an emphasis on property & casualty insurance within Insurance Carriers as well as Partner Practices Other Requirements : Travel : 50+% Work Authorization : Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location.
Physical : Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and / or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
