    This is a unique opportunity for a true marketeer who wants to change brand and market trajectories and introduce upgraded set of marketing fundamentals to Western European markets.

    This is a chance to prove your strategic and operational leadership, result-orientation and marketing skills and move brand building in WE to new level.

    Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and introduce Portfolio strategies for the assigned marketsDevelop and implement long-term growth strategies for the defined brands aligned with the VIA objectives (where to play and how to win) and making global strategy relevant for local consumer and market needsSupport commercial teams in delivery of Annual Brand Business targets (net sales, profit, market share)Build Brand Equity through delivery of best in class brand plans, brand activation programs (consumer, shopper, customer target) and their excellent execution for the core brands (Jim Beam, Courvoisier, Maker’s Mark, Bowmore, Laphroaig, Auchentoshan, Roku, HOS)Manage and co-ordinate the Agency : Media, PR, Creative, BTL, Social / Digital agencyDevelop Media strategy and annual Media plansProvide strategic input for Channel strategy (Off / On trade, ecommerce) & Channel Plans development and roll outDevelop and roll out Annual Activity grids Develop and roll out Advocacy programsDefine and roll out brand KPIs tracking (annual and activity based)Management and Control of the annual Marketing / Trade Marketing BudgetClose cooperation with the Brand Houses, International brand teams and Insights Cross functional working with key departments to achieve annual targets and objectives (sales, Finance, Supply Chain, HR .

    People development and Management of the team (BSI Marketing and Local distributors Marketing teams)Identify and work collaboratively across all markets to ensure that best practice is shared and appliedLead, educate and manage a teamShape strategic role of Marketing function Be lead country and partner for international projectsQualifications & ExperienceExperienceMin 7 years of Marketing experience in an international FMCG company, preferably on a local and international levelMaster degree with focus on Marketing, Business and related areasExperience working with Alcohol industry is a plusExperience working with On-trade, E-comerce is a plusProven experience of Project ManagementProven experience of design and implementation of successful brand building campaigns, preferably on a local and international levelProven experience in the areas of media planning, ATL, BTL, PR, Social- and Digital mediaExperience in leading and aligning the development of a strategic brand vision and plan within a global matrix organizationProven experience in managing complex agency networks and the ability to develop string agency-partnerships ( thinking partnership )Ability to understand sales fundamentals and interest to develop close Marketing / sales relationship to achieve business goalsUp to 50% travel, mainly within Western EuropeCompetenciesStrong leadership skillsStrong result-orientation skillsStrategic and visionary thinking combined with strong analytical skillsStrong business senseHigh communication and strategic influencing skillsDigital nativeFlexible self-starter able to set priorities and to manage multiple tasks at the same timeTeam player with the ability to listen, cultural sensitivity and the proven skill to work in an inter-cultural environmentPeople management skillsInspiring and convincing personalityEnjoys to develop and coach direct reports and teamsCan-do mentalityFluent in EnglishAgile thinker, curious and open-mindedAt Beam Suntory, people are our number one priority, and we believe our people grow together in diverse and inclusive environments where their unique insights, experiences and backgrounds are valued and respected.
