Job Description
The main task of a Market Research Specialist is to research across a range of online platforms, tools, marketplaces, and social media networks such as Linkedin, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Amazon, eBay, Aliexpress, or Facebook (among others) to identify potential Red Points clients and key contacts within those companies.
This information is to then be compiled into segmented target lists in Salesforce for our Sales and Marketing teams to follow up.
Responsibilities
Finding target companies according to Red Points’ account qualification criteria.
Understanding the organization chart / hierarchy of those companies and finding relevant profiles for our sales development process.
Collaborate with other Marketing areas to develop market intelligence and demand generation initiatives.
Work closely with Sales teams, especially the assigned Sales POD, to get their feedback and find ways of improving the account qualification.
Provide Sales with extra key data on-demand to enhance pipeline generation and win rate.
Detect and investigate new relevant market trends.
Investigate, learn, and understand the different types of online infringements, and inform the business shall these evolve in any way.
Support Sales Operations in maintaining data quality in all relevant corporate tools.

Requirements
Degree (complete or working towards) in Criminology, Business Administration, or Economics
Fluent English level
Nice-to-haves
Experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields
Experience with SalesForce or other CRMs : report building and data management
Chinese (Mandarin), German, French, and any other European language is a plus but not mandatory
