PRIMARY FUNCTION :
We are looking for an ICT profile to act as a Service Coordinator for CNH Industrial Spain Sites. The main focus is on Infrastructure and End User Service topics.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Local Contracts Negotiation
AMS (Applications Management Service). Manage Contract performance with Spanish SW provider. Interface with Commercial business.
Fleet management Be the SPOC (Single Point of contact) for local technicians Service coordinator Follow up that technical documentations are properly maintained and created for new HW or SW installations End user escalation management Regular Service Review Management Asset inventory management Central Projects Implementation (e.
g. Windows10 migration, Microsoft Teams implementation)
Governance of corporate mobile devices
New HW or SW requests management Check with user & manager if required Follow company standards Approve or reject end user requests PC refresh governance and refresh
Madrid MFG devices support management
End User Application Support Route the user to the proper support group
Pabx’s and fixed phones management First contact / focal point with provider in case of issues Order new desk phone device Ensure fixed extensions DB is updated
Server Rooms Regular check on server rooms (air conditioner, alarms, etc.) Hands and eyes for Global Server provider
Servers Coordination with global Server provider for, among others, File Sharing management, print server.
LAN First contact / focal point in case of issues Contact the LAN management provider and support hands & eyes for monitoring switches or AP’s. Firewalls
WAN First contact / focal point in case of issues Work with the network team on resolution, and support hands & eyes Coordination with Central groups when WAN upgrade, routers refresh
HW Maintenance Contracts Regular check if units are still in use or new to be added, mainly Zebra printers, Motorola devices
Support Central Managed Infra Projects
ICT Local Support for Business Projects
Third party escorting to CNH Industrial premises
First level troubleshooting of any ICT problems occurring in the areas in scope
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Typically, at least 5 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a Manufacturing based organization
General End User technology knowledge
Experience in Fleet Management (PC, TWS, Printers, Mobiles, Desk Phones)
Mobile solutions for Enterprise (EMM platforms, )
End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management,)
End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM, )
Knowledge of manufacturing and logistic devices and applications (handheld, thermal and laser printers)
Preferred experience in using ITIL frameworks
College degree (3,4,5 years) with technical emphasis or experience gained from professional experience
LAN and WAN architectures knowledge
Languages : Spanish (written and spoken), English (written and spoken)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
