Main tasks and duties :
Organization, coordination or collaboration in meetings or events (rooms, caterings, lay-out )
Organization and coordination of the onboarding and contract termination of Roche employees
Place orders (office supplies, services ) and managing suppliers (requesting offers, check invoices, complaint...)
Training Matrix maintenance (register, assigned roles, deregister )
Administrative support to any Service Provider employee (user, laptop, training matrix)
Liaise with other DIA local departments (Site Office, IT Service Desk, Procurement, HR) or Rotkreuz departments (Admin Team)
Experience in giving support to a multisite software community with high diversity of roles, needs and ways of working.
Organized and structured person.
Flexible and adaptable.
Helpful and people skills.
Sense of team.
Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities :
To permanently optimize processes to increase quality and efficiency standards.
Education : University technical degree or non-graded technical degree
Education in Management and Administration.
Experience in administrative tasks.
Acquaintance with agile development practices.
Languages : Spanish and English.
