We are looking for a talented client advisor to join our Customer Experience team and display your customer service skills in order to help our clients.

You are highly efficient, able to manage multiple tasks at once, while still maintaining a positive attitude and friendly service in every interaction you have.

Reporting into the CX manager, you'll be working in an international environment in our office based in Alicante (Spain)

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

You will be responsible for

  • Provide exceptional customer service in every communication
  • Advise clients and enhace their customer experience across the building process
  • Provide technical advice and guidance within overall process by answering calls, emails or messages, and visiting the houses with clients
  • Handle enquiries with ease and confidence
  • Use tools as Salesforce
  • Be a strong advocate for the customer across the organisation and act as the "voice of the client"
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the team and with external stakeholders
  • Measure and report Customer Experience KPI's
  • Welcome every client during their visits to the Somium Atelier and to the houses
  • Be able to build long term client relationships.
  • Contribute to improve the customer experience strategy by identifying new opportunities
  • Attitudes & Skills

  • A proven track report in customer care / experience
  • Strong Communication Skills : both written & verbal
  • Fluent in Dutch, English & Spanish
  • Proactivity and reponsibility
  • Client Centric Mindset
  • A team plaver full of optimism
  • Highly organised, able to structure their day
  • Driving license
  • Experience in customer journey mapping is a plus
