The Africa management team is based in Casablanca, Morocco. The group operates throughout the continent through 15 local offices.
Annual revenues amount to approx. 80M€ and the current headcount is around 600 people in Africa. With an ambitious business plan, the Africa management team is driving and supporting the growth and performance of the various business lines of the Group in Africa and ensuring the geographical consistency of the Egis Group's strategy and development
Job description
As a member of the Africa Management Committee (ManCo), with a dual reporting line to the Africa Managing Director and the Group HR Director, you will support the ManCo in their strategic thinking, and define and implement the regional HR policy on a daily basis.
In close alignment and partnership with the Business Lines HR directors, you will develop the attractiveness and development of careers in a very dynamic acquisition and recruitment context, support organizational, cultural and managerial transformations, and build a social dialogue that meets the challenges of transformation.
You will ensure consistency with the Group's HR policy in your area, using the tools, services and objectives already defined, and will develop transversality within the region.
